Our role
365Beheer is responsible for the technical, financial and administrative management of the portfolio. In this role we provide, among other things:
- Daily technical management and maintenance coordination
- Financial management, rental administration and settlements
- Contact with tenants, suppliers and involved parties
- Management of changes and vacancy management
- Property performance and operations monitoring
- Coordination of maintenance and sustainability issues
- Ensuring continuity during transfer and change processes
Through permanent contacts and short lines, we ensure peace and clarity for both residents and clients.
The challenge for 365Beheer
The challenge within this portfolio lies in managing large-scale senior complexes, where living quality, accessibility and continuity of services are essential. In addition, the combination of older complexes, sustainability tasks and changing ownership strategies requires a management party that can switch quickly and look ahead.
