Commercial management can be incredibly complex. The work varies from finding suitable tenants and minimizing vacancy to optimizing returns and offering professional advice on rental prices.

The casino has an entertainment floor of 10,000 m2, a catering facility of 600 m2 and a parking garage with space for 608 parking spaces. The sloping facades and canopies in special gold-colored elements are downright spectacular. Thanks to 9,000 integrated LED fixtures, the facade can also fully function as a projection screen. The new Holland Casino Utrecht also proves its sustainability through the BREEAM Excellent Certificate. Cold and heat are generated by a sustainable energy plant and 700 solar panels have been installed.

For the iconic Holland Casino in Utrecht, 365Beheer has been appointed by the owner for the technical management of the building.
