The Scott
The Scott is a modern and high-quality office concept within the lively Little C area in Rotterdam. The building focuses on flexibility, comfort and meetings, with stylish serviced offices, coworking options and professional meeting facilities. Thanks to its contemporary appearance and central location, The Scott is an inspiring working environment for ambitious companies and professionals.

The Clark
The Clark offers spacious and modern office floors in one of the most dynamic locations in Rotterdam. The office spaces can be flexibly arranged and fully customized, making the building suitable for a variety of organizations and growth phases. With a strong combination of appearance, accessibility and functionality, The Clark is a future-proof office location within the characterful Little C area.
Surface area: approx. 4,500 m² of office space, with floors from approximately 600 m² per floor.
365Beheer Challenge
On behalf of an international property investor, 365Beheer takes care of the complete management of The Scott and The Clark. This includes both technical management - from daily maintenance to planned work - and the complete financial and administrative handling of the buildings.
The main challenge within this project is to optimally support an owner who operates remotely. Transparency, fast communication and reliable local implementation are central. Through short lines, proactive management and clear reporting, 365Beheer ensures that the owner can trust that everything locally is organized professionally, carefully and efficiently.
365Beheer also works closely with the owner's asset manager, who is responsible for the operation and rental of the vacant spaces. This intensive collaboration ensures that commercial and operational management are optimally coordinated, with the aim of providing a high-quality user experience and future-proof operation of both buildings.
