Role of 365Beheer: technical management on behalf of the owner

The owner of the Rosa Spier House is responsible for the property and its maintenance. In that context, he has appointed 365Beheer to professionally carry out the technical management of the complex.

In this role, 365Beheer ensures that all technical facilities – from installations to infrastructure – function properly and that the building is managed in a safe, comfortable and sustainable manner.
