Background
A private client owns an extensive property portfolio of 15 rental properties in the Netherlands. Due to his work and international obligations, he lives abroad most of the year and travels regularly. Due to his busy schedule, he has little time and opportunity to actively manage his property. Ensuring good maintenance and taking care of tenants is therefore a challenge. This client was looking for a solution that completely relieves him of his worries, so that he can let go of his property investments and focus on his international obligations and lifestyle.Our Solution: Completely Unburdening Property Management
We have taken over the complete property management of his 15 properties for this client. This included the following services:- Rental management:

- Rent administration and reporting: We provide complete rental administration, including monthly reports on rental income, expenses and costs for maintenance or repairs for all 15 properties.
- Tax advice and tax returns: We provide support with tax returns and offer advice on tax optimization of its property investments.
- Budgeting and planning: We help draw up budgets for future maintenance and improvements, so that the client always has insight into the financial status of his property portfolio.

Thanks to our complete unburdening, the client can fully focus on his work and travel, without having to worry about the daily management of his 15 property objects. He receives periodic updates and reports, but does not have to worry about the operational details.
