Challenge for 365Beheer: High-quality property management including caretaker service and rental

365Beheer has been appointed to provide complete property management for a prestigious and modern property complex. This includes technical, financial and commercial management, including an active role in the rental of the units and the provision of an caretaker service on location.

It was a high-quality complex, but at the start the building suffered from significant vacancy. A situation that not only had an impact on the return, but also on the appearance and liveliness of the building. The owner's expectations were clear: service and occupancy rates must match the level of the property.

Approach: complete management with commercial power

365Beheer delivered a total package that combined exploitation, representation and rental. We not only took over the technical and financial management, but also tackled vacancy in a targeted manner.
