At 365Beheer, we want to ensure that any disputes are resolved fairly and transparently. That is why we have established a Disputes Committee. This committee consists of independent professionals who provide an objective assessment of every dispute.

OurDisputes Committee consists of three members:
  1. Chairman (independent lawyer) The chairman of the committee is an independent lawyer with extensive experience in property management and applicable laws and regulations. This person is responsible for coordinating the committee and ensuring legal objectivity during the process.
  2. Two independent experts The committee further consists of two members with expertise in property management and/or collection and customer relations. These members have no ties with 365Beheer, so they can make an unbiased assessment. They bring practical experience and expertise that are essential for handling disputes in this sector.

Operation of the Disputes Committee

  1. Submission of a dispute:If a dispute cannot be resolved through our regular complaints procedure, the customer can submit the dispute to the Disputes Committee. This can easily be done by submitting a written request via https://www.degeschilcommissie.nl/komen-u-niet-tot-een-solution/
  2. Thorough review:After the dispute is submitted, it is carefully reviewed by the committee. This means that all documents, correspondence and facts in the dispute are taken into consideration. All parties involved will be given the opportunity to clarify their position, after which the committee will reach a decision.
  3. Independent and binding opinion:The committee provides abinding advice based on the facts and the applicable laws and regulations. This advice is final and must be respected by both parties.
  4. Timelines and communications:We aim to resolve disputes within a reasonable time. The Disputes Committee ensures that all parties are kept informed of progress and that the final advice is provided quickly.
