Challenge for 365Beheer: Rental and technical management of high-quality apartment complex on the Mercuriusweg in Delft

At the Mercuriusweg in Delft, 365Beheer has been appointed to provide the complete technical management and rental management of a high-quality apartment complex. This special complex includes 71 apartments, spread over five different housing types, with a total of 7,100 m² gross floor area.

The building exudes quality in both design and finish – and 365Beheer is expected to extend the same high standard to its services.

At the start of the assignment, there were vacancy in several apartments. At the same time, it is very important that the building is kept in optimal technical condition. The owner has asked 365Beheer to handle both aspects professionally:
