Terminate rental contract

You can easily terminate your rental contract online by emailing the completed and signed termination form to: [email protected].

When terminating the lease, please keep the following in mind:

You generally have a one calendar month notice period for residential properties;
You generally have a three calendar months notice period for garage boxes;
You can only terminate the lease on the first of each month;
Sign your lease termination;
Provide your new address;
If the lease is in two names, both signatures must be included on the termination.
