The special representative office villa ”The Green Spot” is located on a spacious plot with lots of greenery on the edge of the Prins Clausbrug. The formal exterior of the building is contrasted by the informal, inviting courtyard, which has been hollowed out in the heart of the villa. The architecture and the level of completion are of a high standard and are characterized by the use of high-quality building materials. The building has a representative appearance and is very energy-efficient. The sustainable building is heated with groundwater heat. Heat and cold storage takes place, which means that, among other things, consumption in the summer is low.
Challenge 365Bheer
Owner has appointed 365Beheer to take care of the technical management of the property including making the property ready for rent. Part of the building was already in own use and is now rented as a business center.
